š Ingredients You'll Need:
For the Flavorful Fish:
3 Snapper FishĀ (whole, cleaned)
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp All-Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Fish Seasoning
½ tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (adjust for desired heat!)
For the Aromatic Steamed Vegetables:
PumpkinĀ (diced)
CarrotĀ (sliced or chopped)
OkraĀ (sliced)
Fresh ThymeĀ (a few sprigs)
1 Scotch Bonnet PepperĀ (whole or halved, depending on heat preference ā handle with care!)
4 cloves GarlicĀ (minced or smashed)
½ Onion (sliced or chopped)
2 ears of CornĀ (cut into halves or thirds)
For the Rich & Creamy Broth:
½ stick Butter
½ cup Coconut Milk
